To the poster, here's the REAL DEAL with HACs.

Do not bother fitting ECM, NOS, Neutralizers or anything like that. It has no affect. ECM is a maybe, maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. For a pilot such as yourself, who has spent loads of money on a Battleship, "maybe" just doesn't cut it! You want certainty! You want FACT! You want predictable, certain, confident counter measures! *can I get an ahmen?*

NOS and Neutralizers are just pretty eye-candy if you have effects turned on. Notice most of the time it doesn't seem to do anything useful? Becuase they keep on firing at you! Again, here's another "maybe" for something that doesn't give you assurance it's doing anything at all... double maybe! OK, moving on.

Now, what do you know!

Large Turrets have a hard time with hitting smaller targets (like a cruiser or HAC). So fit Medium Sized Turrets! But, those have a hard time hitting frigates like Assault Frigates and Interceptors! So knock it down a notch. Fit small turrets, their tracking is good enough that you'll hit anything!

Now, the Dominix isn't a destroyer. So don't fit all it's hi-slots with small turrets. Maybe three or four hi-slots for turrets, the rest should be tractor beams. Or, you could place a couple of remote armor reps up there *more on this later*. The tractor beams are extremely valuable for PvP becuase you can loot their can faster! Nothing more embarrasing than getting ganked by their friends while you try to approach a can to loot! (Plus, Dominixes move very slow. You have to use your head! Smarts!)

Now, the real fire power for the Dominix comes from the drones! It has a huge drone bay! (HENCE!!!!! why you fit a bunch of small remote armor reps in the hislots!!! SMARTS! You have to outsmart your enemies!)

Again, like the turrets, you have to choose what size drones to put in your Dominix.

I suggest a bunch of light drones of all four races! (Each race of drone does better for a particular damage type!)

So, we have a Dominix with small 150mm rail guns... a buttload of light drones, and small armor repairers so you can tank your drones during a fight.

Now, here's a table of what kind of drones to use on what kind of HACs.

If it's an Amarr HAC, use the Warrior Drones
If it's a Gallente HAC, use Hornet Drones
If it's a Caldari HAC, use Hobgoblin Drones
If it's a Minmatar HAC, use Acolyte Drones
